Deposit, Cancellation and Complaints Policies

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We will always do our very best to fit you in for an appointment at a time that suits you. Due to the volume of requests for appointments, we will ask you for a deposit when you book to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be payable at the time of booking and will be used as part payment towards your service. It is fully refundable provided we receive at least 3 days notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Your deposit payment will be as follows:
£50 for all colour services
£50 for non-colour services costing more than £100
Why Do I Have To Pay a Deposit?
When you book with us at our Westbourne salon & clinic, we take your appointment as a verbal contract and the time slot is reserved especially for you. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
With the Covid-precautions in the salon, and reduced numbers of appointments available, it’s even more important to us to keep our team members’ schedules filled, as well being able to offer our services to as many clients as possible.
We therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP and at least 3 days in advance. If we don’t receive 3 days’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
All returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre-pay in full for their next appointment.
We completely understand that things can crop up at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic.
Consultations and Skin Allergy Patch Tests
Clients who have not had a colour service with us before, or have not had a colour service for over three months at Simone Thomas Salon must make arrangements for a consultation and skin allergy test before their colour appointment. Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a colour service appointment. Booking deposits will not be refunded if you do not visit us to have a consultation and allergy test in sufficient time.
