Covid Policy Update January 2022
The health and safety of our clients and team is always our top priority at Simone Thomas.
Following the Government's decision to relax Covid restrictions in England, including the wearing of masks, we have reviewed our salon protocols. Given that the nature of our services require us to be in close proximity, we still feel that it is important to offer the maximum protection possible from Covid-19 for our clients and the team. We have therefore decided to keep full PPE in place along with the same health and safety procedures we introduced after the first lockdown in 2020.

Please note that for the health and safety of everyone, we kindly and respectfully ask that clients continue to wear masks in our salon - aside from instances of eating, drinking or exemption.
Your stylist will be wearing PPE for the duration of your visit with us.
Excellent Hygiene Practices & Social Distancing
We will be retaining our enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the salon and hair loss clinic, including the use of hospital grade cleaning materials. Our social distancing procedures will also remain in place.
