The Countdown to Re-Opening is On!
We are delighted to hear the Government’s latest announcement that personal care businesses, including hair salons, will be in Stage 2 of England’s roadmap out of lockdown.
This is a huge positive step for our industry, which means that we can re-open our Westbourne salon from 12th April, provided that expectations around the vaccine rollout and Covid data are met of course.
With this in mind we have not yet opened our online booking system for new appointments, until the re-opening date is confirmed.
We are excited to see you all just as soon as we possibly can, so this is our plan for the next steps :
1) We have a large number of clients who had bookings during the past four months which were missed due to lockdown. If this is you, we will be in touch to reschedule. We will start calling clients from 1st March, in date order of missed appointment.
2) The front-of-house team will be available from March to take calls and bookings.
We will make further announcements about bookings for new appointments in the coming weeks, so please keep checking our website and social media.
It goes without saying that we will be continuing to adhere to our strict safety measures on your return, as set out in our Customer Protection Guide. We will update this in light of any new procedures set out by the Government.
